4. Custom Development Services

For custom development services, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be defined in a separate service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• We retain ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools used in development
• You receive a license to use the custom-developed features for your business purposes
• Payment terms and milestones will be specified in the service agreement
• We provide a 30-day warranty period for custom development work

5. Intellectual Property
